| 工作职责 | Working within global engineering team to develop Technical Publications for use by customers to install, configure and maintains next generation Ethernet Access products. •Write Technical Publications for the installation, configuration and maintenance of Ethernet Access products. •Review the necessary Engineering documentation and interface with the appropriate product development Engineers to compile the required technical content for these documents •Validate the Technical Publications against the product being developed. •Work with the Richardson-based Technical Publications team and the appropriate Project Mangers to develop these documents to an agreed to project schedule | ||
| 职位要求 | Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience: •Comprehensive English language skills with emphasis on written skills •Proficient in FrameMaker or similar technical document processing/illustration tools •Bachelors or equivalent degree/experience in CS, EE or a related field •Willingness to work closely with geographically dispersed engineering teams. •Basic understanding of data communications networking with an emphasis on Ethernet technologies. •Familiarity with Subversion or other Software Configuration Management tools. •Familiarity with CLI command structure | ||
