| 工作职责 | The planning and execution of global business initiatives to maximize global manufacturing performance. This role will encompass many different aspects of Test Development which include, but not restricted to; Test equipment evaluation (Off the shelf), In-Circuit Test Fixtures, Flash Test, Test Jig/harnesses, PCBA Functional Test and High Power Functional Test. As the project Engineer you are expected to contribute to the tasks of the project as well as providing leadership, direction and support for the project team. This role requires maximum flexibility in terms of working hours and international travel. The main source of activity will be related to projects. Project will be allocated based on workload and business requirements. Projects will be defined through a project charter which describes the business opportunity, project description, benefits, potential risks and obstacles, budget and timescales, resources and most importantly project deliverables In most cases the projects will be identified and agreed in advance at the point of commencement performance measures will be agreed. Informal weekly progress reports to the Test Development Manager. Monthly reports to provide updates against pre-agreed criteria. | ||
| 职位要求 | Specialist experience in electrical cabinet design and/or test equipment design would be a distinct advantage but not essential. Knowledge of critical chain project planning & theory of constraints preferable. 3 to 5 years relevant experiance Experience of managing projects and the ability to get things done as a team leader. Spoken and written English speaking, to a high level is a must for this position Education desired: Electrical Engineering Degree or appropriate Engineering Degree | ||
