| 工作职责 | 1. Successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of Employee relations and recruiting issues in multiple growing, technical and diverse organizations. 2. Will work closely with the business and management teams to provide HR support, anticipate employee and organizational issues and make recommendations and implement solutions to attract, motivate and retain employees. 3. Will provide guidance on local procedures and policy under minimum supervision and will work closely with the HR team and support organizations to ensure compliance and appropriate resolution occurs (finance, shareholder services, legal, etc.). 4. Manage all local governmental requirements regarding benefits, vacations, holidays, tax laws, etc. Must be a local/China expert 5. Support the General Manager and the management team in selecting, creating programs for retention and the career development of human resource in Shenzhen 6. Develop and institutionalize local performance ownership planning, benefits packages, new employee orientation information and the like 7. Equalize cost/benefit of employees given China market 8. Key Internal Interface Positions and External Interface Positions 9. Recruiters, service levels, candidates 10. Legal, contracts and dispute resolution 11. Network of contacts, to identify the best candidates 12. Responsible for the budgeting and spending of department 13. This resource will actively guide our team and in forming the overall employee strategy. | ||
| 职位要求 | 1. Bachelor degree in related field 2. 5+ years working experience in related position of large foreign company 3. A breadth of experience and ability to gain better recent information regarding local changes is required 4. Very good problem solving skills and communication skills 5. Fluent English listening, speaking, and writing ability 6. Initiative and Creativity 7. Excellent team work spirit. | ||
