| 工作职责 | 1.Help to build up a strong and skilled Hardware team including a)Hiring electronic and mechanic engineers b)Setting up a hardware development environment as defined by COMPANY c)Lead and guide Junior engineers from technical side 2.Act as the technical driver and executant in future hardware projects 3.Make sure that products developed in China fits from a functional point of view into our existing product portfolio 4.Provide preliminary costings on a best guess estimate to allow the assessment of project direction and R.O.I for both product design and special equipment required. 5.Assist with preparation of documents to allow projects to progress through the company’s development process 6.Contribute to the writing of System and Functional specifications of the products developed, i.e. be an active part in the early design phase of a product. 7.Be an active part of hardware projects, i.e. do hardware development, review designs, etc | ||
| 职位要求 | 1.Fluent written and spoken English 2.Experience hardware/electronic board development 3.Experience with development of telecommunication products, particularly Ethernet 4.In-depth knowledge of a)Low cost Hardware design b)Schematic capture & simulation c)CPLD design d)High speed digital design >1GHz e)Data-communication design f)Micro-processor subsystem design 5.Ability to achieve HW project development independently 6.Master of Science degree or equivalent 7.Understanding of European culture and ways of doing business 8.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 9.Open, honest, loyal 10.Team player 11.Minimum 8 years work experience 12.Potential to become either a Hardware team leader or a Project Manager is a plus | ||
