| 工作职责 | 1.Manage the China Operations Team consisting of NPI, QA and SCM functions to achieve operational targets of the local operations organisation leveraging functional globally aligned processes 2.Drive and manage Company’s selected EMS Manufacturer (EMS) in China from an operations point of view 3.Manage an operations team focused on: a)New Product Introduction (NPI) - Make sure our Chinese product is designed to meet DFX requirements (Design for Manufacturability, Test, Quality, Logistic, etc) - Provide all Process Data agreed with the EMS, i.e. all test and assembly plans/instructions required by the EMS to manufacture the product according to the company specified quality requirements - Continuous process improvements in manufacturing according agreed targets - Drive quality improvements and root cause analysis with EMS b)Product Transfers between EMS according our Transfer Plans and Manufacturing Strategy c)Supply Chain Management: i. Build up the local capabilities to take over supplier ownership for component and EMS supplier related to demand planning and order fulfilment for products/units manufactured in China (Asia) ii. Develop and maintain logistic operations skills to reduce logistics cost, duties and optimize procedures iii. Support of supplier audits, supplier relationship programs and supplier escalations 4.Communicate Operational requirements, quality improvement and cost saving needs to the R&D organization in all development phases making sure that their products are developed to support a)High Volume b)Excellent manufacturability c)Defined quality d)Lowest cost i.according to agreed targets in each category. 5.Implement worldwide Company Operations procedures and tools in the China Operations | ||
| 职位要求 | 1.Fluent written and spoken English 2.Experience of managing a department within a manufacturing organization 3.Experience of managing a small team of personnel 4.Experience with electronic manufacturing 5.In-depth knowledge of a)Manufacturing processes b)Manufacturing automatic test processes c)Quality aspects of manufacturing complex electronic designs d)Supply Chain issues 6.Bachelor degree or equivalent 7.Understanding of European culture and ways of doing business 8.Excellent organisation skills – self and others 9.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 10.Open, honest, loyal 11.Result-oriented 12.Desire to accept responsibility and work independently to achieve goals 13.Minimum 8 years relevant work experience | ||
