| 工作职责 | 1.Manage all aspects of Company Product Marketing Activities in Shenzhen, China, including leading the SZ PLM team 2.Work with the San Jose PLM group who holds global product line responsibility to: o Define and drive the product and market strategy for Company o Research and articulate market directions, technology trends, standards, customer requirements and competitive threats o Author Marketing Requirements Documents (MRD) for new products o Drive key marketing functions including pricing, forecasting, sales support, feature prioritization, and collateral creation in Shenzhen o Drive Company Product Life Cycle Process (PMT) in Shenzhen o Drive Company Forecasting Process (S&OP) in Shenzhen o Provide trade show support o Support profit & loss (P&L) management of Company’ product lines 3.Work closely with the Shenzhen based Product Engineering (PE) Teams to: o Ensure full product life cycle management at all levels (incl. full technical specification, documentation, datasheets, etc.) o Support field sales in responding to RFI’s and RFQ’s 4.Work closely with the Shenzhen based Sales Teams to: o Ensure excellent customer support from the marketing side o Ensure realistic product roadmaps to will help Company grow its business in Asia | ||
| 职位要求 | Necessary skills •BS in Applied Physics, Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent) •5+ years experience in high tech industry in product marketing/management or technical support roles. •Demonstrated proficiency in marketing skills and the ability to work closely with field sales, tech. support, engineering, and operations. •Effective oral and written communication skills •Solid knowledge in speaking, writing & reading English •Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in cross-functional teams •Proficient in Microsoft Office Preferred skills •MS in Applied Physics, Engineering or Computer Science or MBA •Previous experience in product marketing/management in optical communications industry •Experience in international business | ||
