| 工作职责 | Candidate will have 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, a strong accounting background (public accounting supporting a US based company is preferred). Should have a good working knowledge of US GAAP and be able to apply these principles when consolidating results with U.S. entity. Also should be familiar with local tax law, accounting principles, and local regulations. Will be responsible for ensuring expenses are accurately accounted by project. Supports PWC with monthly close process including the consolidation of Shanghai branch office. Responsible for inputting monthly trial balance into ERP system. Will work closely with accounting team in U.S. to ensure results are accounted properly and provide forecasts and variance analysis. 1.Acts as the primary liaison between the R&D center in Shenzhen and Corporate Finance & Accounting based in Atlanta. 2.Coordinate with PWC to administer payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general financial management and reporting and detail of tax payments, and tax administration. 3.Prepares journal entries in support of month-end close activities. Enters trial balance into corporate ERP system. 4.Understand intercompany transactions between WOFE, branch offices, and US entity. 5.Work with management to prepare and update monthly department expense forecasts/budgets. Prepare monthly varaiance analysis. 6.Drive the design and content of monthly financial reporting packages for senior business managers & executives 7.Strong accounting skills and hands-on reconciliation experience. 8.Various ad-hoc projects and analysis 9.Ensure all local financial controls are followed. 10.Strong Excel skills required. 11.Must have the ability to prioritize workload and perform multiple tasks under monthly and quarter close deadlines. 12.Self-directed and able to work well and communicate effectively in a team environment. | 职位要求 | 1 Formal Education Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 2 Experience (type & duration)5+ Years preferably for a US based company 3 Experience with US GAAP a big plus but not manditory. Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin, Cantonese, fluent in both oral and written English. Possess a high level of integrity. 4.MBA/CPA will be preferred | ||
