| 工作职责 | 1. Customer technical supporting •Design Win--- Participate in customer project from the very early stage, provide solution by use of company’s products, tracking customer project status, analysis company and competitor technical strength and weakness •SPEC Management---Creation, revision and maintenance of all product specifications. Getting full understanding of customer technical requirement, negotiating spec with customer. •Field Service--- Introduce and provide training on company’s products, provide trouble shooting in customer application field. 2. Product management •Sample Delivery--- Input customer technical requirement for sample, monitor delivery process within company, gather feedback from customer, archive customer technical documentation •PCN management---Sign PCN agreement with customer; negotiate, create and issue PCN when applicable, get feedback from customer, monitoring internal implement of engineering change related to PCN. •Product Configuration--- Input, review and approval for product documentation, such as DVT and reliability report… 3. Lead Team •Lead a small product engineer team, take charge of responsibilities for a product family from the perspective of product engineering. | ||
| 职位要求 | 1.Education---Bachelor/Master degree in major of Opt- electronics/Electronics. 2.Experience---5+ (for bachelor degree) or 3+ (for master degree) years work experience in optical transceivers for datacom, telcom or FTTx. Design/develop experience for high speed transceivers. Experience on customer service for SFF, SFP, GPON/EPON OLT/ONT is a plus. 3.Language--- Fluent in oral, reading, listening and written English and Mandarin, good sense in effective communication within company or passing to customer. 4.Personality---Team work, open, object oriented. | ||
