| 工作职责 | Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide FAE technical support by phone, e-mail, face-to-face to customer/FAE team on site and help to solve customer's quality problem. Recommends and implements solutions to meet the customers' requirements. • Generate, Summarize, Compilation of weekly and monthly activity, progress, and trend reports of FAE Team for management review. • Assists and supervises daily activities of assigned on-site FAE team. • Input and assistance to update and maintain various information data base systems e.g. Lessons Learnt and Best Practice FAE Guidelines. Identify industry trends and provide input to the team. • Assist to develop and maintain FAE technical competence and application skills for Thermal and Chassis products. • Escalates complex issues to the appropriate knowledgeable resource. • Maintains a positive and professional work environment. • Performs other duties as assigned. | ||
| 职位要求 | Requirements: • Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Technology Engineering or equivalent. • At least 2 years of combined working experience as a Field Application Engineer and/or Technical Customer Service Support. • Knowledge in Thermal and Chassis technology would be an advantage with an aptitude for understanding technical terms, theories and processes. • Good problem solving and FAE skills. Must have the ability to learn, analyze, and capture the problem data and provide troubleshooting concepts and techniques. • Familiar with ISO/TS standards and problem solving QC tools. • Excellent computer and presentation skills. Expertise with MS Office Applications. • Team player. Ability to work with diverse individuals and groups. • Motivated self starter. Organized and Methodical, Detailed oriented. • Must have a valid passport for traveling. Able to travel on short notice to assist the on-site FAEs. • Good proficiency in English and Chinese language both spoken and written. Knowledge and Skills: • Excellent ability to communicate and translate technical issues and concepts clearly to customers/FAE team and other members of the relevant quality teams, both orally and in writing. • Ability to respond quickly and accurately to FAE technical questions from local and overseas customers and FAEs. • Ability to multi-task. Remain productive during slow times and composed under stress and takes responsibility for delivering on personal and FAE organizational goals and commitments. • Ability to meet deadlines and resolve problem whilst under pressure. • Ability to work responsibly under minimum supervision. • Proactively addresses issues as they arise. Ability to own and drive issues to closure. • A willingness and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and multi-disciplinary teams. | ||
