| 工作职责 | 1.To be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide variety of buildings and equipment as required. 2.Responsible for the administration, direction and control of all category of staff in all trades, for achieving a given programme of work within described parameters using such systems as specified by management. 3.Organising staff to achieve maximum efficiency, recommending improvement to systems, procedures and work methods. 4.Responsible for the implementation of legislation and the Health & Safety at work. 5.Responsible for maintaining good relationships with staff and clients through consultation and informal contact, ensuring maximum efficiency and developing subordinates through the necessary training for efficient 6.Maintenance and future promotions. 7.When required by management, will administer and control more than one department. 8.Will operate computerised PPM Schedule. 9.Will be fully responsible for meeting all maintenance requirements covered by the Contract for the specified site team. | ||
| 职位要求 | 1、Strong oral and written communications skills essential in English & Chinese, computer literate. 2、Formal qualification to BS/Diploma in electrical engineering. 3、Experience/working knowledge of: MV/LV Generators. Power Systems. MV Switchgear and MV Distribution Systems LV Switchgear and Distribution Systems. Working knowledge of Safe Systems for Work, Safety Documentation and Procedures. 4、Experience Must have served a recognised training with at least five years further practical experience in a building service. | ||
