| 工作职责 | 1.To be responsible for the preventive and the corrective maintenance of a wide variety of systems and equipment’s as required 2.To evaluate the effectiveness of the maintenance works and to make sure corrective actions are being taken promptly, whenever needed. 3.To oversee the installation and the maintenance of operation equipment. 4.To provide training for staff, to evaluate their progress and performance periodically; and ensure that they are working in the most practical, skillful and safe manner. 5.To investigate work requests for feasibility and efficient labor utilization. 6.To manage all maintenance works with computerized systems. | ||
| 职位要求 | 1.Formal qualification for Bachelor Degree of Science/Diploma in echanical engineering or building service engineering or other recognised equivalent technical qualifications; or must have served a recognized training with at least three years further practical experience in a building service environment. 2.Completion of formal training in Mechanical Engineering discipline and senior education. 3.Strong oral and written communication skills essential in English and in Chinese, computer literacy. 4.Experience/working knowledge of: HVAC system, generator and diesel Engine, Fire Service System, working knowledge of Safe System for Work, Safety Documentation and Procedures. | ||
