| 工作职责 | 1.Organizes, implements and checks all necessary way or resources to the smooth running & best efficiency of the chilled water and hot water production and distribution, and particularly: 2.Implements necessary tools for technical achievement and achieve site efficiency. 3.Proposes to management any possible improvement regarding site efficiency 4.Strictly apply the Chinese regulations for DCS & heating Plant O&M, health and safety, environment, as well as company policy. 5.Ability to inspect monitoring system, buildings, equipment, plants and grounds for effective and economical operation and recommend corrective action. 6.Ability to negotiate for repair and maintenance services with contractors and service companies. 7.Ability to make cost and budget analysis and project operating costs. 8.Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. 9.Strong supervisory skills for delegating projects and task responsibility, monitoring and evaluating work performance and maintaining an effective staffs. 10.Supervise, manage and monitor all sub-contractors, ensuring all work performed are according to specifications and requirements. 11.Implements with the others Managers on site, health and safety regulations and checks the application. 12.Supervise and evaluate the work of a subordinates staff; effectively recommends personnel actions related to selection, disciplinary procedures, performance, training and development, leaves of absence, grievances, work schedules and assignments, and administers personnel and related policies and procedures 13.Involves in recruiting site staff. 14.Implements training program. | ||
| 职位要求 | 1.Bachelor degree in Air-conditioning or engineering or equivalent 2.Minimum 5 years in large-scale utility plant, such as heating and cooling plant 3.Through knowledge of building design, industry standards and general knowledge related to District Cooling and Heating System 4.Good Understanding Engineering standard practice 5.Possess analytical mind 6.Ability to write technical reports 7.Ability to read and interpret drawings 8.Possess high level of integrity and good problem solving skills. 9.Possess good knowledge of computer software. (Microsoft word, Excel, AutoCAD) 10.Good temper to face unreasonable complaints. 11.Ability to work independently in a mature manner. 12.Displays a high level of initiative, effort and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently. Demonstrate responsible behavior and attention to detail. | ||
