| 工作职责 | 1.Representative of Company on site : -Arranges meeting with Customer and/or Users. -Presents reports to the Customer and try to fulfill Customer fair expectation. -Reports to Company management. 2.Operation -Development of industrial key performance indicators -Reviewing, updating and/or writing up of work procedures -Prepares and supervises, in coordination with maintenance team, predictive and conditional maintenance programs with appropriate industrial indicators and tools in order to avoid emergency repairs and service repairs -Implements, through an accurate technical analysis, efficiency of the plants. -Supervises inventories and spare parts requisitions to replenish and maintain necessary stock -Proposes to Company Management any possible improvement on site. 3.Staff coordination -Takes part in staff recruitment and appropriate staff positioning in plant organization -Coordinates staff to create ownership and responsibility. -Develops individual capability and competency through training programs -Support staff for any complicated technical problem. 4.Quality, environment, health & safety -Enforces the Company’s health & safety regulation -Ensures adherence to the Chinese law and regulations. -Coordinate certified quality programs, policies and procedures (ISO 9001 and 14001) 5.Finance and budget. -Takes part in the budget preparation in coordination with Company Management. -Strictly respect the Company budget. -Proposes to Company Management any possible cost saving. | ||
| 职位要求 | 1.Speak both Chinese and English(or French) fluently. 2.Minimum 5 years' experience in operation of a large-scale utility plants, such as heating and cooling plants. 3.Will be in charge of the management of the Cooling Plants, Cooling Networks and Production & Distribution of hot water. 4.Bachelor degree or above. | ||
