| 工作职责 | 1.Respect contractual and budgetary undertakings. 2.Determine and source the necessary means for the successful fulfilment of services. 3.Validate, analyse and explain results and operating data. 4.Organise sub-contracting. 5.Establish the necessary documentary structure for the implementation of contracts (QIP…) 6.Develop the integrated management system 7.Ensure that all rules concerning quality, safety and the environment are known and fully applied. 8.Respect rules and apply procedures. 9.Manage tasks and services not included in the contract. 10.Encourage and steer ways to identify actions to improve performance. 11.Organise, schedule and control the team’s activity. 12.Manage and develop the skills of colleagues. 13.Seize opportunities to diversify or increase contractual services. 14.Maintain quality relationships with customers, suppliers and sub- contractors. 15.Sustain regular dialogue with the company’s sales personnel involved in the same sector. 16.Propose work and services to the customer not included in the contract. | ||
| 职位要求 | 1.Speak both Chinese and English(or French) fluently. 2.Minimum 5 years' experience in operation of a large-scale utility plants, such as heating and cooling plants. 3.Will be in charge of the operation management of the Cooling System, Heating system and Electricity of the Venitian resort, hotel, casino. 4.Bachelor degree or above. | ||
