| 工作职责 | Manage all activities related to production of system products, utilizing both internal and external resources, while simultaneously optimizing overall costs, timely deliveries, efficiency, and product quality, Develop and manage contract manufacturers with lean manufacturing methodologies responsible for material procurement, assembly, test, and inventory. Own and maintain the production schedule to ensure timely deliveries through proper material and capacity planning. Plan and manage for upside potential in the business plan and sales forecast. Manage system design engineering, test engineering and manufacturing engineering. Plan and manage the development of all test fixtures, test procedures, and testing software for all new products. Manage all prototype material procurement and builds for the development team. Implement cost reduction programs through ongoing negotiations throughout the supply chain, as well as proposals for engineering change. Participate in all new product development programs to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for cost (DFC) guidelines are followed throughout the development process. Coordinate with development personnel to ensure smooth transition of new products into manufacturing (NPI). Coordinate with product marketing to ensure adherence to product specifications and to resolve customer issues. | ||
| 职位要求 | o Minimum 10 years manufacturing management experience with multifunction responsibilities such as assembly, test, quality, planning, manufacturing engineering, process control, and procurement o Minimum 5 years experience managing CMs o Minimum 5 years experience building complex electronic systems with multiple subsystems, complex PC boards, electromechanical parts, embedded software and firmware. o Demonstrated ability to drive contract manufacturers for optimum material flow, high quality output, and low cost. o Demonstrated success in leading teams focused on production functions including purchasing, assembly, test & logistics. o Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced hi-tech environments o Must have a proven track record of building superior quality, high performance, complex products in the recent past utilizing modern techniques and automated tools o Excellent analytical and problem determination skills combined with proven ability to envision solutions and manage both technology and people o Strong organizational skills o Strong interpersonal and team building skills o Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills both English and Chinese o Bachelor’s degree is a must. o Working experience in systems, digital hardware, and embedded software. o Knowledge of TV systems is a plus | ||
