| 工作职责 | •ALL coordination between customer/sales, Design Center, and Contract Manufacturer. •Maintain and update all project documents. •Responsible for release of IP and IP related documents/code to manufacturing customers. •Responsible for managing the timeline of ALL customer projects and informing the appropriate Sales manager personally of any problems on delivering what the customer wants on time. •Will manage customer complaints and bugs reported on solutions, then create and manage the timeline to ensure that all customer problems are fixed on time. •Will inform the appropriate Sales manager and the VP of WorldWide Sales weekly on the progress of all projects and bug fixes. •Will manage customer deliverables in order to ship what sales promise to customers on time. •Will coordinate with sales on all LCD-TV and PDP-TV customer projects and inform project engineer team of these requirements, responsible for the project and/or bugs for all customer projects. •Send and track version of sample boards to customer. •Assist in maintenance of documentation of policies and procedures with internal controls. •Will report to the VP of Sales in the US directly | ||
| 职位要求 | 1.6 yrs total work experience with 3 years of project management experience in an international technology company. 2.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, above CET 4. 3.Self-starter with strong organizational skills. 4.Positive attitude and professional pride. 5.Excellent communication skills. 6.Strong customer support attitude 7.Strong computer technical and analytical skills. 8.Should be detail oriented with ability to analyze and present findings to all levels of management. 9.Capacity to establish project procedures and identify improvements. 10.Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams. 11.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 12.Ability to anticipate needs and pre-plan work. 13.Must be multi-task oriented and able to work with frequent interruptions. 14.Bachelors degree a must. 15.Electronics company experience. | ||
