| 工作职责 | 1.Design and establish a solid quality assurance development program that ensures product quality and regulatory compliance and meets generally accepted testing and inspection standards. 2.Have extensive experience applying IEC, Chinese GB and other Standards Organization’s recommendations related to television testing and quality. 3.Manage the daily operations related to Quality Assurance standard operating procedures. 4.Manage a team of Quality Engineers focused on the development and maintenance of testing methodologies and processes. 5.Evaluate customer requirements and work closely with developers to define test plans and test procedures to thoroughly test the products. 6.Communicate with customers and partners on compliance issues. 7.Specify, setup and configure test environments. 8.Generate and write clear and concise test plans, defect reports, and validate bug fixes. 9.Monitor, track and regularly report test status and bug statistics to Tvia management. 10.Provide feedback to the project team on usability, functionality and the quality of the TV experience. 11.Manage resources in cases where unanticipated situations arise or priorities rapidly shift. 12.Work with the sales force and the Shenzhen Design Center Manager to prioritize internal and external projects. 13.Define and enforce guidelines for efficient use of the lab by the QA team. 14.Assist Field Application Engineers in replicating customer issues. | ||
| 职位要求 | 1.Minimum of 3 years managing people and resources 2.Minimum of 5+ years experience in television technologies, testing and Quality Assurance. 3.Experience specifying, installing, configuring and using television test and measurement equipment. 4.Extensive knowledge of digital audio/video encoding and decoding. 5.Test experience with analog and digital television, PAL, NTSC, SECAM etc. 6.Test experience with VBI decoding, Teletext and Closed caption. 7.BSEE or equivalent industry experience. Skills: 1.Have a solid understanding of QA methodologies and processes in the television industry. 2.Have solid knowledge and experience in specifying, procuring and configuring the QA lab infrastructure using industry standard test and measurement equipment. 3.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4.Have strong leadership skills, ability to work effectively under pressure and be able to drive plans to completion. 5.Must be able to function in a quickly growing organization. 6.Must be continually proactive in seeking to enhance lab infrastructure, services and reliability. 7.Must create functional test plans from product specifications. 8.Must be a strong individual contributor in QA test automation and testing 9.Must have a proven ability to develop, execute and maintain test plans. 10.Have demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems as well as effectively communicate defects. 11.Have the ability to work independently and provide excellent follow- through on tasks. 12.Must be pro-active and able to prioritize multiple projects. | ||
