| 工作职责 | • Lead and supervise all aspects of the day-to-day production control functions associated with material planning, acquisition, and execution • Responsible for the following functional areas: Production Planning/Control, Material Administration, Shipping & Receiving, Inventory & Stockroom Control • Continually improve and streamline the design center’s existing production control system, inventory control system and related processes • Develop, implement and document our production control and procurement policies that meet both the needs of the customer and financial objectives of the business • Implement and expand the use of our computerized MRP, while reducing unnecessary paperwork and manual procedures along the way • Work productively and constructively with the other major functions within the organization • Work productively and constructively with external customers to resolve both technical and commercial questions or problems that arise throughout the life of a project. • Lead a project to upgrade or replace and implement MRP system • Participates in the selection of new employees • Trains, develops, assigns work to, and evaluates subordinates • Advises on administrative procedures and resolves technical problems • Reviews incoming work and approves delivery dates • Determines priorities for work schedules • Coordinates activities with related departments • Complies with the terms of local and national labor agreements • Maintains safety and good housekeeping standards | ||
| 职位要求 | Basic Qualifications: • 7+ years experience in manufacturing operations in a leadership position with expertise in Material Requirements Planning (MRP). • Ability to work with engineering drawings to collect and organize material requirements. • Ability to create, track, and meet schedules at a multi-tasked level. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required. • Proven track record as an effective supervisor/manager. • Considerable knowledge and experience in material logistics and materials management in an electronics and electro-mechanical assembly environment • Excellent communication skills including listening, explaining concepts, giving instructions, mentoring and creating understandable/accurate documentation. • Must be a self-starter and proactive, independent self-motivated. • Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications • Familiarity with information technology concepts including PC hardware, office software (MS Office) and basic networking General Qualifications: • Ability to understand basic electronics & mechanical concepts • Thorough understanding of math and engineering principles | ||
