| 工作职责 | -Manage the people in the project. -Supervise creation of overall project architecture and design and detailed designs for development and testing. -Supervise creation of Software Requirements Specification (SRS) and Data Sheets for assigned projects. -Supervise design and code reviews. -Recommend changes to software, documentation, specifications and design. -Approve software patches and maintenance releases to software. -Monitor the progress of the project and ensure adherence to SRS and stated schedules. -Participate and drive continuous improvement activities for the assigned products (including both technical and process initiatives). | ||
| 职位要求 | -Demonstrated technical leadership and excellent interpersonal skills. -Demonstrated excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. -Excellent knowledge of C. -Knowledge of software configuration and software tools. -Broad view of the technology and systems with which they work. -Strong process orientation -Creative and innovative product and process design. -Design and implementation experience in communications protocols in at least one of the following areas - VoIP, Wireless, SS7, ISDN, V5.X, ATM, MPLS . | ||
