1、Analysis of customers’ requirement
After receiving the customers’ demand for post, Goldway communicates with the customer and confirms the post responsibility and requirement to the candidates, meanwhile, knowing deeply about the culture, background, managing operation status, trade & product, development strategy and managing team of the company.
2、Signature of service entrustment agreement
Explaining the service content to the customer, and signing the service entrustment agreement with the customer.
3、Talent sourcing
Sourcing proper candidates according to the specific requirement of the position.
4、Interview and evalution
Making an interview with candidate and evaluating him/her in knowledge, capacity, experience, quality, potential and salary request, and investigating his/her background, and finally making the candidate’s evalution report.
5、Recommending the candidate to the customer for interview.
Showing the candidate’s evalution report to the customer, and help arranging the interview for the customer with the candidate according to their requirement.
6、Assisting the qualified person for admission
Assisting qualified person in leaving formalities and following his/her admission.
7、Follow-up service
After the qualified person’s admission, we continue to contact the customer and the talent, providing guild for admission so as to ensure his/her stable transition in the new company, if the talent leaves for personal reason within 3 months, we will recommend the other candidate free of charge.
